One example of our work is our collaboration with a German manufacturer in the field of mechanical engineering. The client ordered a mobile loading ramp with a lifting capacity of 16 tons, which needed to meet both safety and functionality requirements. The primary requirement was the reliable fixation of the structure and automation of the processes, which allows the ramp platform to be raised and lowered to the required height for convenient loading and unloading of vehicles.
To fully meet the client’s requirements, the engineer proposed installing safety support legs (SL) that ensure the stability of the structure during operation. An electric hydraulic power unit (EHP) was installed to automate operations, reducing the physical burden on staff and increasing work process efficiency.
